Donors

Life Members

Annual Members

We are also pleased to inform the distinguished guests that we have obtained 80G Exemption from the IT authorities which will exempt Donors, Life Members, Annual Members from income tax upto 50%

Donors:

We invite you to become "Donors" of the trust by contributing according to one's own desire anything more than Rs.10,000/-. The foundation would screen minimum 7 patients free on behalf of the donor every year.

Life Members:

We Invite people of the community to participate by becoming "Life  Members" of the trust. Contribution for becoming Life Members would be Rs. 5,000/-. The foundation would screen minimum 5 patients free on behalf of the donor every year.

Annual Members:

Apart  from the above two types of participation, we are planning to introduce "Annual Members" who can become members by paying Rs. 500/- per annum. Even in such participation we intend extending free service to one patient per member as free gesture of their contribution.
